Sunset beach shoot with Dee. The idea was to try to capture the wave running into the shore.
These shots were taken with 1 flashhead held by an assistance "R" just on top of the model to the right of the camera.
Flashgun: Canon 430EX
Power: 1/4
Diffuser: Shoot through white umbrella 105mm Dia.
Trigger: Wireless Trigger and Receiver
Metering: Sekonic Flash Master L-358
Just testing out some flash technique.....1 light source, i think the water did add something to the shot.
Did I get wet for it...you becha! The water was okay but the wind was alittle chilly, so I can understand that Dee would be fairly cold. This was the quickest shoot I have ever done. It only lasted about 1hr from setting up to packing up.
I am just looking form something different in a portrait
